Section 1008 of Title I, Part of the Every Students Succeeds Act (ESSA) permits schools implementing a Title I Schoolwide Program to consolidate federal, state, and local funds under its comprehensive school reform program.
The US Department of Education calls this practice blending and braiding funds. The Arizona Department of Education authorizes such Title I programs as Schoolwide 3 or SW3.
